  • Unused and Unworn Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

3. Return Period

You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale Items: All final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team at customer.care@swagwok.com.com  to request a return authorization.
  • Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, package the items securely. We will arrange pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
  • Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
